Scheduled for release July 31st -

Thirty years ago, the playful songs of three small girls was silenced forever. Now, someone watches the families they left behind, counting the days until the music dies once more.
When food editor Susanna Morgan returns to Parnell, Florida to oversee the sale of her childhood home and cover the annual Pomelo Festival for her magazine, she vows not to remain one minute longer than necessary. She doesn't anticipate her attraction to the local pastor, a return of the faith she thought she'd lost, or the phone calls from her long dead sister.
Former pastor Grant Landon has enough on his plate - his mother's increasing dementia, his ex-wife's abandonment and remarriage, and his teenage daughter's unbridled tongue - without adding his attraction to Susanna Morgan.
When a series of anonymous phone calls and sinister pranks makes it clear that someone is intent on opening old wounds and creating new ones, Susanna and Grant set out to u…

For the Love of Oranges...

As you can probably tell by my header, I kind of like oranges. I actually love oranges. I think they are one of God's most perfect gifts to mankind. All that deliciousness wrapped up in my favorite color. In the past few months, I've made two new discoveries in the orange world that I feel need to be shared. My husband is totally unimpressed with my ability to wax poetic about oranges, and I've already raved to him. So now, my friends, you are my captive audience. It's a trip down memory lane, to a time when it seemed like every gift shop in Florida smelled like orange blossoms. On visits to Silver Springs, Cypress Gardens, all those old Florida places that are no more, I'd buy orange blossom scented sachets t…

Easter Sunday Serenade

May your Easter be blessed by the God who created all things, and whose mercy and grace know no bounds!

Sweetness! (and p.s., I'm baaack)

I knew it had been a while since I posted anything here, but I was really surprised to see it's been two and a half years! I'm also surprised it's only been two and a half years. A lot has happened, most of which I would be crazy to share on a public blog. One thing I did notice is I needed to change my profile to include a granddaughter. At the end of June, I'll have to add an "s" to that. So, life has been crazy, and busy, and sweet the last few years. Although the crazy and busy has been tough at times, the sweet makes up for it. I hope it's been just as sweet for all of you.

Now, just in case you need a little more sweetness in your life, and just in case you're as a big a Disney fan as I am, check out this fantastic new dress shop at Disney Springs. I love it!! I think it warrants a trip to Disney, but I think almost everything warrants a trip to Disney. I just love, love, love the whimsy and vintage look of these dresses. Am I the only one who t…
